What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?As a consideration for the next client, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I can either reschedule your appointment or provide a shorter service. I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For no-call/no-show situations, a credit card is required to book your next appointment. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Additionally, if no-shows occur frequently, I may suspend the client's ability to book appointments online.

What forms of payment do you accept?Debit Cards Credit Cards Checks Cash We've introduced a new contactless checkout option for your convenience. You can simply dip, tap, or swipe your card in the reader, and then complete your payment through a link sent to your phone. Isn't that handy? Please be aware that a $35 fee will apply for any returned payments, such as bounced checks or unsuccessful debit/credit card transactions. For tips, cash is preferred.

How soon should I schedule my appointment?Due to high demand, especially during major holidays, it's recommended to book your appointment as early as possible. To ensure you get the most convenient date and time, consider scheduling your next one or two appointments during each visit.

What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation for my online appointment booking?If you haven't received a confirmation email or text after booking your appointment online, please contact me at grassrootshairstudio@gmail.com. There's a chance that I might have old or outdated contact information on file for you. If you're not receiving any communication from me leading up to your appointments, please make sure to update your contact details with me during your next visit.

Am I allowed to bring my child to my appointment?Certainly, you're welcome to bring your child to your appointment. However, I kindly request that you do so only when necessary, as it can affect the relaxing ambiance of the salon. As a fellow mom, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise! If you need to bring your young child, please try to arrange for another adult to pick them up if possible. Please also bring something to keep your child entertained during the appointment. According to Sola Salon's rules, children are not permitted to roam the hallways unattended or wander around the premises without an adult.

What is your salon's policy regarding COVID-19?If you or someone you've been in close contact with is showing symptoms of COVID-19 or awaiting test results, please reschedule your appointment. My salon is equipped with a high-quality air purification system and adheres to all CDC and State Board of Cosmetology guidelines for sanitation and COVID-19 protocols.

Where is the studio located, and where can I park?My Studio is now located inside Sola Salons at 1832 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, PA 19031, Suite 28. Parking is straightforward and convenient, with spaces available directly in front of the building in the Flourtown Shopping Center.

What if my expectations are not met?Before your appointment, I make it a priority to have a thorough consultation with you to discuss your goals and expectations for your hair. However, if I fall short of meeting those expectations and you're not satisfied with the outcome, please don't hesitate to let me know within 5 days. It's important to me that you're happy with your hair, and I'm committed to working with you to create a plan that exceeds your expectations.

Avoid Steam, Saunas and Sweating for 12 hours. Avoid using any additional skincare or haircare for a minimum of 12 hours after your treatment as yours skins microchannels are still open.
